Team Starbucks Bearista was given out at the 2004 Global Leadership Conference. He wears a red baseball cap with a yellow star with a red "S" in the center, along with a red and white baseball shirt. The shirt reads "Team Starbucks Winning Together" and the number "6" on the back referring to the 6 guiding principles of the Starbucks mission statement. His tushie tag reads "Starbucks Coffee Company, Limited Edition Bearista Bear, Starbucks Leadership Conference 2004" and he has 2004 embroidered on his foot. He does not have a hang tag.
