83rd Edition in the Bearista Bear Series
This Lamb Bearista was released in early 2009 in Asia. He is wearing a white lamb suit with crinkly "wool." The ears are lined with pink fabric, and he has a white tummy patch. Around his neck he wears a white ribbon. He has brown paws (hooves). In his left ear he has an ear tag with his picture on it and on his left foot, a cloth patch. Thanks to George for the photo.
May I ask where in Asia was this released?:)

Should be available in most countries in the Asian region. Already saw it on sale in Malaysia.
