Released before July 4th in 2002, this bearista is dressed a little like Uncle Sam. He wears a flag-themed outfit -- white shirt with navy blue vest with white stars, and white and red striped pants -- with a red bowtie. Over that, he wears a blue jacket, and on his head, a puffy blue top hat with red trim. He has a metal foot tag on his left paw and a flag embroidered on his right paw.
