Released in Spring 2002, Raincoat Bearista wears an orange shirt under a yellow vinyl raincoat with lighter yellow lining and two yellow buckles. He also wears a yellow raincap with slots for the ears to poke through, and orange-yellow vinyl rain booties, with a metal 2002 tag on the left sole. He carries orange felt flowers.
