The Experience Matters Bearista (2001)

The Experience Matters Bearista was given out in 2001 at Starbucks' Leadership Conference. He wears the signature green apron embroidered with the Starbucks logo. He does not have a hang tag but the tag attached to his tushie reads "The Experience Matters: Starbucks Leadership Conference 2001" (Thanks DJ)
