Hello there. We're in the process of moving to a new bloghost and in the meantime things have gotten a bit messy around here. Some photos are wonky, some are missing... But never fear, it is a high priority for us ti get this site back into usable shape for our visitors both regular and from searches. 90th Edition in the Bearista Bear Series

This Year of the Tiger Bearista was released in Asia for the Chinese New Year in 2010. He is wearing a plush orange tiger suit with black tiger stripes on his arms, chest and legs. The hood of the costume is embroidered in red and yellow-gold, with white puffs. It has orange flame-y "eyes" sewn onto it as well as flames on the forehead. The costume has paws with three claws on each hand and each foot. The feet are done in red cloth with yellow-gold stitching. He wears a hang tag in his left ear and has a cloth tag with Starbucks Coffee Company 2010 on it. Thanks to CV for the picture.

89th Edition in the Bearista Bear Series

This bearista bear was released in winter of 2010 before Valentine's Day. She is made out of a tan knit fabric. Her ears, underarms and footpaws are in contrast pale pink knit fabric. She sports a pink scarf looped around her neck once with the ends sticking through the fold end. She has a felt appliqued key sewn onto her chest. Attached to her left underarm is a brown paper tag shaped like a package label. It reads "Starbucks Bearista Bear Winter 2010 Edition No 89". On her left foot paw she has a cloth tag that reads "Starbucks Coffee Company 2010".

Autumn Pumpkin Sweater Bearista (2010)

85th Edition in the Bearista Bear Series

This bearista bear was released in autumn of 2009 before Halloween. He is made out of a pale tan knitted fabric. He is wearing a brown knit sweater with cream colored facing on his neck opening and around the hem; the sweater has cream colored stripes around the arms. It also features a knitted orange pumpkin with green stem sewn to the front. In his left hand he holds an orange felt bag also with a knitted pumpkin on it. This Bearista has a tag hanging from his left armpit that says "Starbucks Bearista Bear Autumn 2009 Edition No 85". He also has a cloth tag on his footpaw that reads "Starbucks Coffee Company 2009." This bearista bear was released in winter of 2010 before Valentine's Day. She is made out of a pale plush fabric. On her left ear she sports a red flower with a pink center, as well as a circular ear tag bearing her picture. Her eyes are decorated with eye lashes. She is dressed in a pink dress with brown trim around the neck and arm holes, and a brown ruffle on the hem. The dress has a knitted red heart sewn onto the chest. Underneath the dress she has knitted white bloomers. She wears red Mary Janes on her feet. Her left foot paw has a cloth tag that says "Starbucks Coffee Company 2010". This bearista bear was released in winter of 2009 just before the holidays. He is made out of a heather brownish-green knit fabric. His ears and footpaws are covered in a red-black plaid. He wears a red knit scarf with brown felt trim. His handpaws and ankles have decorative stitches in brown thread. He does not have an ear tag, but he does have a tag hanging from his left armpit. It is shaped like a package label and says "Starbucks Bearista Bear Holiday 2009 Edition No 88". He also has a cloth tag swen on the bottom of the foot that says "Starbucks Coffee Company 2009". This bearista bear was released in autumn of 2009 just before the holiday season. She wears a red cap with white trim and and a pointsetta with a green leaf; red plaid jacket with white fur trim, embroidered gold-colored buttons with red thread; black belt with a gold buckle; and a red ruffled skirt. On her left ear, she sports an ear tag featuring her picture, as well as a cloth Starbucks Coffee 2009 tag on his left foot paw. Thanks to Pepper for the pic!

This bearista bear was released in autumn of 2009 just before the holiday season. He wears a Santa costume: red cap with white trim and pom-pom with his ears sticking out; red Santa jacket with white fur trim, embroidered gold-colored buttons with red thread; black belt with a gold buckle; and red plaid pants. Hi All! Thanks to everyone who sent in photos during the summer. Life has been nuts, but we have finally had a chance to do a big site update with all of the materials that came in. So, enjoy the new pics of Local Destination bearistas from 2008 and 2009, and the new International Destination Bearistas in 2009. And, we haven't seen the last of the numbered edition bearistas... they're still coming, and in the US too. More pics to come soon.
